Working with the trustee's office provided Scott valuable insight into the operation of how the trustee's office operates.  This insight allows Scott to better counsel clients and assist them through the successful execution of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. 

Scott has been an expert speaker at several seminars for other attorneys on bankruptcy issues and he continues to work hard to remain on top of the current issues in bankruptcy. 

In addition, Scott served as a small claims court judge for more than six years.
